How is Altnyx ECS priced?
Pricing is based on your facility size, user count, and which modules you need. We provide a custom quote after a discovery call — no generic rate cards.
Is there a minimum contract term?
All plans are annual subscriptions. Multi-year contracts are available for the Command Centre tier at preferential rates.
Can we start with Core ECS and upgrade later?
Yes. The platform is modular by design. You can add modules or upgrade plans at any renewal point without re-implementation.
What does onboarding include?
Every plan includes a structured onboarding programme run by our implementation team — data migration, workflow configuration, and user training.
Are the AI agents included in all plans?
The 42+ AI agents are available as an add-on for Core ECS and Full Platform, and are fully included in the Command Centre plan.
Do you support on-premise deployment?
Yes. On-premise and private cloud deployments are available on the Command Centre plan. Cloud SaaS is the default for Core ECS and Full Platform.
How long does implementation take?
Core ECS typically goes live in 2 weeks. Full Platform runs 4–6 weeks depending on data migration complexity and customisation scope.
What food certifications does the QMS support?
The QMS is built to FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and BRC standards. HACCP, CAPA, FMEA, and allergen management workflows are native to every plan.
